Smart Working – Vogue Italia

Furniture and design objects to make working from home pleasant and productive
The future of work is already here. It took, alas, a pandemic to make smart working an acceptable and accessible practice for many companies and many workers. Even if Covid19 proceeds into an endemic in December, with the consequent end of facilitated smart working, there are many companies that are offering employees a remote employment contract.
According to a research conducted by LinkedIn, the largest online professional network in the world, entitled Future of Work Italia, it is found that almost one in two Italians prefer a hybrid working model. To be more precise: 47% of Italian professionals who participated in the survey prefer a hybrid model between working in the office and working from home, whereas 30% would prefer to work full-time in the office and almost 23% would prefer to work full-time from home.
If smart working has the immediate effect of guaranteeing a better work-life balance, it often becomes very difficult to know how to intelligently divide professional time and space from home. That’s why Vogue Italian went looking for the best solutions to create the ideal workplace.
