Volterra

Designed by Claudio Bellini for BoConcept, VOLTERRA is a dining collection inspired by the architectural character of the historic Italian town from which it takes its name.

Shaped by centuries of history, stone and craftsmanship, Volterra becomes the starting point for a design that explores solidity, proportion and sculptural form.

At the heart of the collection, the dining table is defined by a strong architectural base composed of tapered volumes that support the top while creating a dynamic relationship between mass and openness. Its geometry changes with the point of view, giving the table a distinctive presence while maintaining a sense of balance and visual lightness.

The dining chairs extend this language through softer, fully upholstered forms. Their continuous surfaces and enveloping profiles introduce comfort and warmth, creating a natural dialogue with the more structural character of the table. Available with or without armrests, they complete a collection where architecture and furniture meet through form, proportion and material.
