LUCIA is an operative chair designed by CLAUDIO BELLINI Studio for OFS, developed around comfort, well-being and lightness.
Designed by CLAUDIO BELLINI Studio for OFS, LUCIA was conceived around the idea of comfort as a source of wellbeing. Soft, flowing lines and lightweight materials give the chair a visually light character, while its ergonomic design is developed to support the body throughout long periods of sitting. Particular attention was given to the lumbar support, designed to respond to different postures and levels of pressure. The mesh backrest extends and folds around the rear structure, integrating the support mechanism within a continuous and recognizable form. Backrest, seat and armrests are conceived as a unified system, creating a compact and balanced silhouette. LUCIA brings together ergonomics, lightness and formal continuity in a chair shaped around the human body.
